ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to the complexity and variability of package weights, dimensions, and shipping services, delivery costs are included with the cost of your item(s).

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
