Refund Policy

If you ordered items online or through the ASA Records app, you can ship your items back to us. If possible, reuse the original packaging to send them back.

We cannot accept exchanges by mail at this time. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us.

Email Support@ArtistSupportingArtistRecords.com indicate which items you'd like to return and print your shipping label to send your items back. Once received we will process your refund.
