Refund Policy

Digital goods aren't returnable or eligible for a refund.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product, you can return it to our fulfillment center unused, in the original packing, read below how to go about this. We will refund your money within 14 days after receiving confirmation from our fulfilment center, we kindly ask that you pay for the return shipment yourself.

The return address is set by default to our fulfillment center. When they receive a returned shipment, a notification will be sent to us, we will then reach out to you to see if you would like to order a replacement item or have a refund issued.

 If our fulfilment facility isn't used as the return address and the package is lost, ASA Record does not hold any responsibility and a refund or replacement will not be issued.
