ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

Due to the complexity and variability of package weights, dimensions, and shipping services, shipping costs are included with the cost of your item(s).

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to fulfill your order within the estimated timeframes, please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance procedures or postal service disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

In general your order will be shipped within 24 hours on business days. We're based in the USA so shipping times will vary depending on your location.

For the US, Canada & Mexico you can expect your order within 8 - 10 business days. For the UK & ROW around 15 business days.
